Persistent dampness and mould resulting from poor ventilation or structural defects.
Issues with the property’s structure, including subsidence, cracked walls, or faulty roofing.

Faulty heating systems or unsafe electrical installations.
Presence of pests such as mice and rats.
Maintenance of shared areas in multi-occupancy buildings.
Turn to Christopher Law! Our team of skilled solicitors, consultants, and experts brings extensive experience and in-depth knowledge to the housing disrepair sector, ensuring we provide a top-tier legal service.
Our goals are straightforward:
We achieve this by offering expert guidance and support to tenants. Our team typically works on a no-win, no-fee basis and is responsible for liaising with the landlord to ensure justice by managing your claim throughout the claim process.
A member of our team will contact you to obtain your details and discuss the disrepair in your property.
A dedicated file handler will be appointed to deal with your claim and notify the Landlord of the claim.
We will continue to liaise directly with the Landlord and make use of expert evidence to reach a settlement for your claim.
We will maintain contact with you throughout the process and provide you with tailored advice up until the repairs have been completed.
To pursue a housing disrepair claim successfully:
If the landlord fails to remedy the situation within a reasonable period, a claim can be pursued.
